Ladies Survive As Cardinals’ Buzzer-Beating Three Does Not Fall
CATONSVILLE, Md. – The Community College of Beaver County women's basketball program kept its region 20 regular season championship hopes alive as CCBC Catonsville's game-winning three-pointer rimmed out as time expired to allow the Titans to creep out of the Cardinals' nest with a 71-69 triumph.

- Jada Ward collected her second straight double-double, third in her last four, and fourth over the past six contests, leading CCBC with 11 rebounds on top of 13 points and a game-high seven assists.
- Brooklynn Medina made the double-double party a two-person affair, also doubling up via 23 points and ten boards, tallying seven treys, four dimes, and a pair of takeaways.
- Josie Russell took home the top spot on the scoreboard among the Blue and Gold clad individuals, dropping a calm 24 on the Cards and enforcing a strict rim protection policy courtesy of four blocked shots.
