MONACA, Pa. – The Community College of Beaver County men's basketball program saw 85 of its 87 (97.7%) points scored by sophomores in their final contests donning the Blue and Gold, coming agonizingly close to knocking off a strong Potomac State squad before ultimately succumbing to an 89-87 loss.

  • Jaden McMeekin clocked in 15 points and Titans-best seven boards, also tying for the assists title (4) as he made half of his 12 field goal attempts.

 

  • Trey Armstrong should get strong consideration for the All-Region 20 Team, scoring 19 thanks to a quartet of three-pointers (4-of-7, 57.1%).

 

  • Darien Roberson was the top bench performer, putting an even ten on the scoreboard, logging half that many rebounds (5) and handing off two dimes whereas Validus Lauzon connected on the team's only two blocks of the night.
