Titans Finish 2nd in Conference

Butler, PA - The Titans Volleyball was able to finish out their Western Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference play after a long day on Saturday by taking Runner-Up in the WPCC Tournament.  Entering the tournament as the #3 seed, they started play in the First Rounds by sweeping #6 Westmoreland County Community College in three straight sets.  In the Semi-Finals, the Titans faced the #2 Pennsylvania Highlands Community College and was able to beat them in four games (3-1).  In their third and final game of the day, the Titans faced the #1 seed Butler County Community College for the Championship.  The Titans lost in the Championship Game in three to finish as the Runner-Up.

The Titans placed two players on the WPCC All-Conference Team for their performances this season, Sophomore Mercedes Arnold-Fox and Freshman Amanda Turnbull.

Next Up:

The Titans travel to Potomac State College on Friday, October 27th.  First serve set for 6:00pm.
