Arnold, MD – The Community College of Beaver County men's basketball continues to string wins together making this three wins in a row with an 89-80 road win at Anne Arundel Community College Tuesday night in non-conference action.

The Titans improved to 6-1 overall and 2-0 in Region XX games with the win, while Anne Arundel dropped to 0-5 overall with the loss.
 
The Titans took the lead in the first half and never trailed in the second half, but had to fight off a late charge from the Riverhawks after the hosts narrowed a double-digit deficit to just three points with 1:46 to play.

The Titans controlled the final 80 seconds to close the game sinking 15-20 from the free throw line.
 
Deontae Robertson's 21 point performance effort led The Titans, which included a 6-of-6 effort from the free throw line.
 
Jamaal Brown chipped in 13 points, while Marquis DuBose scored 12 points and grabbed five boards. Simeon Fryer scored nine points and secured eight rebounds and Donald Butler added seven points and seven rebounds.

Community College of Beaver County finished the game shooting 50 percent from the field (30-of-60), 47.1 percent from 3-point (8-of-17) and 75 percent at the free throw line (21-of-28). The Titans posted a 33-25 edge in total rebounds.
 
Anne Arundel shot 43.3 percent from the field (29-of-67), 35 percent from 3-point (5-of-14) and 85. percent from the free throw line (17-of-20).
 

The Titans will take a short break for Thanksgiving before getting on the road and head to Baltimore, MD for action Wednesday against CCBC Dunalk.
